Our wines
OSTER ROOTS.

Our Heimat: the Mosel and Germany.

Rieslings from the spectacular steep-slope vineyards of our home region; our project to drive sustainability in Rheinhessen; wines showcasing the diverse terroir of the Pfalz â€“ AO MOSEL, HORIZN29 and SIEBENSTEIN are exciting projects born of our roots in Germany and the Mosel.

Riesling Steep Slope Mosel

Our AO STEEP SLOPES WINES…

... reflect the unique Mosel terroir, our deep connection to our region and our appreciation for the work of winemakers. Nowhere else is viticulture as challenging and arduous, but no other place on Earth produces Riesling of such exceptional minerality and character. Our wines capture the full diversity of this terroir – from the vertiginous 65-degree incline of a micro-plot in the Calmont vineyard, to sustainably farmed larger sites along the Mosel.

SUSTAINABILITY IN 29 STEPS.

HORIZN29...

... is our new benchmark for sustainable wine production, implemented in partnership with a group of ambitious young growers from neighbouring Rheinhessen. Experts have helped to draw up this ambitious project, which is based on 29 clearly defined rules and verified by the German testing body TÜV Süd.

Soul Drop.

Most reduced-alcohol wines not only weigh in low on the ABV scale – they also lack soul. SOUL DROP, our sparkling alcohol-free wine made from German-grown Sauvignon Blanc grapes, is different. Fresh and fruity with a lovely rounded mouthfeel and fine blackcurrant and gooseberry notes, it has a marked varietal imprint that belies the absence of alcohol.
